What You Accept When You Join
Open an account with star club and you accept the terms set out on this page, which we keep plain and short enough to read before you join...
How These Terms Apply In Pakistan
These terms are written for accounts opened from Pakistan and are applied where local law permits. If a rule on this page cannot be enforced in your region, the rest of the document still stands, and we say which parts change. We keep the wording aligned with how our account tools really behave, so a JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast transaction
is handled the way these clauses describe. When we adjust a clause, the new version appears here with the date it takes effect, and continuing to use your account means you accept the updated copy. Nothing on this page overrides a rule we are required to follow in the regions we serve.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.

What You Will Find On This Document
The order follows what you will need as you go: what you accept when you open an account, how we run it, what we ask of...
Section Shortcuts
A row of links near the heading jumps straight to the part you need, from accounts through to conduct and closure. On a long document it saves a lot of scrolling on a mobile screen.
Numbered Clauses
Each clause keeps the same number between revisions, so a heading quoted in a support chat still points to the right place after an update. Numbers only move when a clause is replaced.
Effective Dates
Every revision is stamped with the day it takes effect, so you can see whether the wording you are reading was already in force when you opened the account or joined a table.
Defined Words
Terms with a fixed meaning, such as account holder or cleared balance, are listed in one block. We use those words the same way on every page of the document.
Contact Panel
Chat, email and formal request routes sit together in one block with the hours each one is staffed, so you are never guessing which channel will answer you tonight.
Revision List
A dated list at the foot of the document shows what changed and when. It is the quickest way to check whether a clause you read last month has been rewritten since.
