How We Look After Your Account Details
Every account at star club starts with a clear picture of what we hold and why. This privacy policy sets out, in plain Pakistani English, which details we...
Where Your Records Sit and Why
We treat your data the way we would want ours treated, and we write the rules down rather than leaving them to chance. When you open an account from Pakistan, we collect the minimum needed to verify you, run your session and settle withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast. Where local law permits, we keep records for the periods our
payment partners require, in supported regions only, and never for longer than those rules demand. You can ask what we hold, correct anything that has drifted, and request deletion once your account is closed and outstanding checks are complete. If a rule in your province differs from ours, tell our team and we will explain exactly how we apply it.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Who Writes and Revisits These Pages
This policy is not written once and forgotten. A named editor owns it, every change carries a date, and we revisit the wording whenever a payment rail, a...
Named Editor
Every revision carries the initials of the colleague who made it, so you know a real person signed off. Ask...
Dated Change Log
Each update is stamped with the day it went live and a one-line reason. Ask for the older wording of...
Plain Drafting
We write in everyday Pakistani English and drop jargon where a simple word works. If a sentence here reads awkwardly...
Local Rule Checks
Our team follows how provincial and federal rules in Pakistan treat account records, so the wording reflects the regions we...
Rail Confirmations
We set out in writing how each rail shares data with us: JazzCash and Easypaisa send payment confirmations, SadaPay and...
Published Support Hours
The hours our privacy desk keeps are printed on this page and kept current through Ramadan and public holidays, so...
How This Page Matches the Rest
The policy set on star club is built as one family of pages, so the wording you read here matches what sits beside it. Terms, cookie handling and...
The Blocks You Will See First
Reading a policy should not feel like searching a warehouse. We lay ours out in fixed blocks: a short summary strip at the top, then sections...
Summary Strip
The first block gives you a handful of plain lines covering what we hold, why we hold it and how long it stays, so the shape of the page is clear.
Section Rail
A sticky side rail lists every heading, letting you jump straight to the clause on records, cookies or account closure without scrolling a long document on a phone.
Region Banner
A banner near the top names the supported regions this wording covers, so readers in Pakistan know which rule set applies before reaching the first clause.
Contact Card
One card repeats the privacy desk channels, hours and expected response times in the same spot on every page, so you never dig for a way to ask.
Revision Stamp
The date and editor initials sit under the headline with a short line on what changed last, so returning readers can spot differences without reading the whole document again.
Print-Friendly Layout
The page prints cleanly and keeps its tables intact, which helps if you want a copy of the wording for your own files before you register an account.
