How The Sign-In Step Runs

Signing in takes two things: the mobile number you registered and your password. Enter the number in +92 format, then the password, and your dashboard opens. On a device we have not seen before, we send a one-time code by SMS to that same number first. Your balance funded through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast appears on the same screen, with

the lobby one tap away. If the code is slow to arrive, ask us to resend it; each new code cancels the one before it.

Accepted Payment Context At Sign-In

Funds and sign-in stay separate: the same number and password work whether your balance arrived by JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast. What you see afterwards does change...

HOW WE PROTECT YOU

How We Keep Sessions Safe

Every sign-in passes the same checks, and we would rather slow a stranger down than let them near your balance. Unfamiliar devices need a code first, wrong passwords...

One-time codes

A code goes to your registered number the first time a device signs in, and it expires quickly so an...

App, Desktop And Mobile Browser

We built one sign-in and reused it everywhere, so what you learn on the app holds on desktop and in a mobile browser. The form looks different, with...

The same credentials
One mobile number and one password work across the app, desktop and mobile browser, so you never keep a second set of details for a different kind of screen.
The same code rules
Whichever screen you use, an unfamiliar device triggers a one-time SMS code with the same short expiry, and asking for a new one cancels the code before it.
The same balance view
After sign-in the dashboard shows the same balance and wallet chip everywhere, funded by JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast, refreshed at the same moment.
The same session length
Idle sessions time out on the same schedule on app and browser, and we prompt you before ending one so a long break never costs you a half-finished round.
The same support hours
Chat, WhatsApp and email answer on one schedule regardless of the device you signed in from, and the team can see which open session you are asking about.
The same reset flow
A forgotten password is reset from the registered number on any device; the link opens the same form and the new password applies to every open session straight away.
The same rupee amounts
Balances and wallet records display in rupees with the same formatting on each screen, so nothing needs converting when you switch from phone to desktop while checking a transfer.

What Opens After You Sign In

The first screen after sign-in is your account view, and we keep it plain on purpose: balance, wallet chip, quick links, lobby door. From there you...

Balance at the top

Your available balance sits at the top of the account view in rupees, updated on sign-in and after every wallet movement so you never have to hunt around for it.

Wallet chip

A single chip names the rail behind your balance, whether that is JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay or Raast, so records match your own wallet app.

Lobby shortcuts

Buttons under the balance drop you into live dealer tables, the slot rooms or sportsbook markets, without another password prompt anywhere in between, even on a slow connection.

Device list

One panel lists the handsets and computers currently signed in, with a sign-out button beside each one, so a borrowed phone is never left open by accident after you hand it back.

Notification tray

Codes, session alerts and wallet confirmations land in one tray inside your account, kept separate from SMS, so nothing important gets buried among everyday messages.

Language and rupees

Menus, prompts and error messages are written in Pakistani English with rupee figures shown plainly, and nothing switches language partway through a session on you.

Questions About Signing In

The Pakistani mobile number you registered with, in +92 format, and the password you chose. We do not use email addresses for sign-in, so keep that number active on your handset.

We send a one-time code when a device signs in that we have not seen before. It confirms the person typing is the account holder. Later sign-ins on that device skip the step.

Wait a minute, check that your message inbox is not full, then request a new code. The old one stops working the moment a new code is issued. Chat can resend it if needed.

Yes. Tap the reset link on the sign-in form and we send a link to your registered number. It stays valid briefly, and your new password then applies to every open session.

Choose the stay-signed-in option and your own handset keeps the session going between visits. Skip it on shared computers and shop phones, where we sign you out automatically.

It does. The app uses your same number, password and one-time codes, and the account view that opens afterwards matches the desktop version, wallet chip and balance included.
