The Terms Behind Your star club Account
star club publishes the terms behind every account in one place, so you can read exactly what applies before you move a rupee. Open your account and the...
How Our Legal Terms Apply In Pakistan
Our legal position starts with where you are, not where we are. If you sign in from Pakistan, the terms you accept are the ones we publish for supported regions, covering account access, transfers through JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay or Raast, and how a dispute gets resolved. Where local law permits online play, you can use the lobby as described on this page.
Where it does not, we cannot offer access, and we ask you to respect that instead of working around it. We keep one rulebook per market because clearing times, tax treatment and consumer protections differ. When a change affects your account, we flag it inside your dashboard and give you time to read it first. Nothing here removes a right Pakistani consumer
law gives you.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Why Our Legal Wording Stays Usable
Most policy text is written to protect the writer. We take the other route: shorter clauses, a summary you can act on, and a desk you can reach...
One Desk Behind Every Page
The same policy team writes these pages and answers your emails, so a clause here will not contradict what an...
We Show Our Working
When we describe how a transfer clears or a withdrawal is checked, we explain the step rather than asking you...
Summary Before Detail
Each clause opens with a short summary in everyday Pakistani English, then the formal wording follows, so you can judge...
Written For This Market
Tax treatment, bank behaviour and consumer rules differ between countries, so our pages address Pakistan directly, including how JazzCash, Easypaisa...
Two Pairs Of Eyes
A clause goes live only after two people on the desk have read it against how the lobby behaves, so...
Earlier Versions On Request
If you want to know what a clause said last month, ask us and we will send the earlier wording...
Keeping Every Policy Page In Step
This page does not sit alone. It belongs to a set of legal pages that have to agree with one another, so the same wording, definitions and effective...
The Elements Behind Each Legal Page
The layout of each legal page is deliberate, so you can find what matters quickly. A version stamp, a summary band, a short chip row and...
Version Stamp
A dated stamp sits just under each heading, so you can tell whether you are reading the current wording or a version saved weeks ago on your phone.
Summary Band
The opening band gives the clause in one or two sentences of everyday English before the formal text, usually enough to decide whether you need to read on.
Local Rails Chip Row
A short row of chips names the rails a clause covers, such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay and Raast, so you can see it speaks to how you move money here.
Section Kickers
Small uppercase labels sit above each heading and tell you what kind of content follows, whether that is policy posture, contact routes or common questions.
Skimmable Question Blocks
Questions are set apart from the surrounding text so you can jump to the one you need, and each answer points back to the section holding the full wording.
Contact Cards With Hours
Cards carry a channel name, a short description and an icon, and our desk answers through Pakistani working hours and beyond on chat, so you know where to start.
